Technician — The Guardian of Play, Safety, and Flow. This role is for people who take pride in fixing problems before anyone else notices them. You’re wired to notice when something’s off — a game not responding right, a door that doesn’t close cleanly, a detail that could become a disruption if ignored. You don’t wait for problems to escalate; you step in early and see things through to resolution. As a Technician, you work mostly behind the scenes, but your impact is felt everywhere guests play, move, and gather. If you enjoy hands-on work, technical problem-solving, and being trusted to protect the guest experience, this role gives you real ownership and responsibility.

Requirements
- Degrees or certifications are great, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical or technical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment when needed
- Able to work 30+ hours per week
- Professional dress code during working hours
- Day and evening availability, including special events
- Reliable transportation
