<p><strong>Summary of Job:</strong></p>

<p>As an Associate Account Executive, you will thrive in a high-velocity, outbound sales environment where your influence is the deciding factor in our growth. You are responsible for identifying and signing up new customers who require a consultative partner to navigate their hiring needs. This is a high-volume, short-sales-cycle role where your primary mission is to bridge the gap between a prospect's challenges and our solutions. We are looking for a "closer" who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, drive the conversation, and guide customers through a seamless buying process.</p>

<p>We don’t just encourage development, we live it. Upon starting in a sales role, you’ll begin with one week of new-hire onboarding, followed by <strong>7 weeks of in-depth, hands-on, and highly rigorous sales training</strong>. This includes structured learning, consistent role playing, and live call practice to ensure you’re building real-world skills from day one. The goal is to prepare you for a seamless transition into a full quota-carrying role within your department.</p>

<p>While you are eligible to earn commission during Dev Bay, the primary focus is on mastering a strong foundation of skills that will enable you to exceed your goals not just early on, but throughout your entire career.</p>

<p><strong>Key Focuses:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Achieve monthly new business goals.</li>

<li>Maintain active daily engagement with assigned leads via a minimum of 60+ phone calls (12+ conversations).</li>

<li>Execute call and email campaigns to onboard new accounts.</li>

<li>B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.</li>

<li>Conduct live screen-share presentations and customer product demos.</li>

<li>Manage a high volume of daily transactions in a fast-moving sales cycle.</li>

<li>Skillfully handle phone conversations and professional email follow-ups.</li>

<li>Manage the full life cycle of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal</li>

</ul>

<li>Ability to conduct professional and compelling business conversations.</li>

<li>Proven ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<li>High comfort level with screen-sharing and digital presentation tools.</li>

<li>Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding benchmarks.</li>

<li>High level of adaptability and a positive attitude when facing challenges.</li>

<li>Coachable and the ability to integrate feedback quickly.</li>

<li>Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance, along with consistent adherence to scheduled work hours, is an essential requirement of this position </li>

<p>The US base pay for this position is <strong>$15.39 USD per hour</strong>. In addition to the base hourly rate, this role is eligible for a target commission of <strong>$39,600.00 USD annually</strong> (based on full-time hours and 100% quota attainment). Your actual compensation will vary based on performance against sales targets.</p>

<p>Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.</p>
