Summary:

Responsible for the retention of ZipRecruiter customers by&nbsp;uncovering the root cause of concerns through deep discovery&nbsp;and working alongside the customer as a&nbsp;trusted partner and advisor&nbsp;to resolve them. This role strives to identify the core reason for customer account cancellations and proposes appropriate solutions to not only retain their business, but also&nbsp;create "happy churn" customers who are more likely to return in the future.
