<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>
<p>Responsible for the retention of ZipRecruiter customers by&nbsp;<strong>uncovering the root cause of concerns through deep discovery</strong>&nbsp;and working alongside the customer as a&nbsp;<strong>trusted partner and advisor</strong>&nbsp;to resolve them. This role strives to identify the core reason for customer account cancellations and proposes appropriate solutions to not only retain their business, but also&nbsp;<strong>create "happy churn" customers who are more likely to return in the future.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span class="im">Meets or exceeds established performance goals, including productivity and quality of activities.</span></li>
<li><span class="im">Acts as a daily key contributor to the team Retention goal.</span></li>
<li><span class="im">Minimizes revenue lost from canceled accounts.</span></li>
<li><span class="im">Handles and processes all customer cancellation requests via phone and email.</span></li>
<li>Identifies areas of opportunity for optimizing results and improving customer satisfaction through <strong>effective discovery calls.</strong></li>
<li>Develops strategies to resolve issues and retain customers.</li>
<li>Promotes ZipRecruiter site features and benefits (ZipHire, TrafficBoost, etc.).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span class="im">2-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or Client Support.</span></li>
<li><span class="im">Prior B2B experience preferredWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT)</span></li>
<li>Ability to turn an upset customer into a loyal, satisfied customer by <strong>demonstrating a genuine tone and eagerness to help.</strong></li>
<li>Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance, along with consistent adherence to scheduled work hours, is an essential requirement of this position</li>

<p>The US base pay for this full-time position is <strong>$15.39/hr. plus commission</strong>.&nbsp;</p>
