<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for a Manager of Business and Legal Affairs to join our team, supporting end-to-end business and legal affairs workflows across a high volume of concurrent commercial, editorial, and branded social campaigns. This role begins with attorney oversight across all contract and clearance work, with autonomy expanding over specific contract types and decision points as judgment and trust are established.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Serve as first point of triage for incoming business and legal requests, assessing scope, directing to self-service resources, escalation, or general support across production, business and creative departments</li>

<li>Draft and negotiate standard production related agreements (e.g., talent, location, rental, appearances releases) and a variety of business partnership and marketing contracts including SOWs, IOs, addendums, NDAs</li>

<li>Experience with brand partnership campaigns and ability to advise teams on marketing legal issues (e.g., FTC guidelines)</li>

<li>Conduct clearance review of multi-platform content across all production phases — including intellectual property, fair use, public domain, right of publicity, defamation,
