<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for an experienced entertainment, marketing agency, or media attorney to join our business and legal affairs team, supporting end-to-end business and legal affairs workflows across a high volume of concurrent commercial, editorial, and branded social campaigns. We prioritize finding compliant paths forward for creative and business teams — not just flagging risk. This role reports to the General Counsel, Head of Business Affairs, with day-to-day autonomy over standard matters and defined escalation for high-risk and non-standard work. </p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Exercise independent judgment to triage incoming business and legal matters, assessing risk and complexity to determine escalation</li>

<li>Draft and negotiate a variety of production, partnership, commercial, and marketing agreements, including non-standard terms and deal structures</li>

<li>Provide legal counsel on brand partnership and marketing campaigns, including FTC disclosure and advertising compliance</li>

<li>Conduct clearance review across a range of risk levels, partnering with production and creative teams to problem-solve toward a workable path forward </li>
