Crew Member - Support

Crew Member, or Restaurant Crew Member, is responsible for assisting a team of restaurant staff in preparing orders and interacting with customers. Their duties include greeting customers and inputting their order requests into a computer system, working as part of an assembly line to cook and package orders and maintaining a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces before, during and after shifts. Crew Members typically work for restaurants, cafes and other food establishments to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly. They communicate with their coworkers to expedite orders, and help customers when they receive the wrong order. Their job is to count the drawer at the end of the day, organize orders for takeout or deliver food to diners at the correct tables. They may also be responsible for taking inventory of produce and dining materials for Managers.
