The Accounting & Finance Coordinator will play a critical support role within a fast-growing multi-entity organization operating across Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), construction, real estate, property management, and hospitality/hotel operations. This position will partner closely with the Head of Accounting and offshore accounting teams to help maintain organization, accuracy, accountability, and communication across multiple business units and entities. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, administrative, or operational support experience who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance administrative support with financial coordination responsibilities.
