<p>Databricks is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (Energy &amp; Utilities) to join us in Sydney, Australia. This role is designed as a Named Core role and reports to the Director of Enterprise Sales.</p>
<p>As a Named Core Account Executive, you are pivotal in driving Databricks's growth by expanding our footprint and driving the consumption of Databricks' services with existing customers. You will drive business transformation for some of the region's most prominent enterprise organisations in the Energy &amp; Utilities sector. You will be operating in an industry undergoing immense transition—driven by grid modernisation, renewable integration, decarbonisation, and smart metering—and will help connect customers' strategic priorities to the power of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.</p>
<p><strong>The Impact You Will Have:</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through execution and consumption growth. Operating as the "quarterback" of your account teams, you will orchestrate internal resources, hyperscaler partners (AWS, Azure, GCP), and system integrators to deliver high-impact business outcomes.</p>

<li>Driving Consumption: Help customers derive value from the platform by identifying key use cases and increasing usage.</li>
<li>Securing Strategic Committed Deals: Identify, structure and close opportunities to co-invest in high-priority initiatives to accelerate and de-risk projects delivery</li>
<li>Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use various strategies and resources, such as intent signals, account planning, and leveraging customer stories, to effectively prospect and target leads.</li>
