<p>Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for South Europe, as a Startup Hunter Account Executive at Databricks, you will focus on acquiring new accounts across France. As a successful candidate, you are a self-starter who understands how to generate pipeline and manage full sales cycles.&nbsp; You have experience with the consumption business, you know how to sell innovation and value to new prospective customers, identify first or new use cases,&nbsp; and can guide them forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. Always prospecting for new use case opportunities within new accounts, we also offer accelerators above 100% quota accomplishment. You will be offered huge potential for career progression with the pace of the team's growth.</p>

<li>1-2 years of experience in a direct account executive/closing role</li>
<li>Assess your territory and develop a successful account execution strategy&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify and activate new accounts to execute account activation target activate new accounts</li>
<li>Exceed activity and revenue targets</li>
<li>Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce</li>
<li>Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to prospects</li>
<li>Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers</li>
