<p>You’ll join CustomerLake, an NYC-based engineering organization building a new generation of agentic customer-data applications on Databricks. The team is developing Customer Data Platform capabilities across Customer 360, Reverse ETL, Customer Intelligence, and Profile Agents, helping customers unify and activate customer data, understand their customers, and automate complex workflows. CustomerLake is a high-priority 0-to-1 initiative focused on moving Databricks further up the stack toward end-to-end products for technical and business users.</p>
<p>Within CustomerLake, you’ll focus on the enterprise capabilities that make these products secure, controllable, and scalable for the world’s most sophisticated organizations. You’ll build across permissions and access controls, audit logs, pricing and entitlement controls, governance, and administrative experiences. This is a specialized, backend-leaning full-stack role for an engineer who understands what enterprise customers need to confidently adopt and manage mission-critical SaaS products at scale.</p>
