<p>The Director, Americas Field Marketing, will lead the transformation of field marketing from event-centric to pipeline-obsessed, driving measurable revenue impact across half of our Americas business for Digital Natives, Startups, Retail, Communications, Media and Gaming, LATAM, and Canada business units. This role reports to the VP of Americas Marketing and owns the pipeline-generation strategy and execution, driving the next evolution of field marketing through data-driven program optimization, innovative demand generation, and scalable growth systems and processes. You'll hire and lead a high-performing team that treats every dollar spent as an investment in a measurable pipeline, moving beyond traditional event metrics to focus on conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue attribution.</p>

<li><strong>Revenue Attribution:</strong> Use pipeline attribution and reporting to directly connect field marketing investments to revenue outcomes</li>

<li><strong>Scalable Systems:</strong> Design repeatable, scalable programs and processes that generate predictable pipeline growth in a hyper-growth environment</li>

<li><strong>Cross-Functional Excellence:</strong> Drive seamless handoffs between marketing and sales with SLA-driven lead management and pipeline acceleration programs</li>

<li><strong>Team Development:</strong> Build and mentor a team of pipeline-focused field marketers who understand the full customer journey and revenue impact</li>

<li><strong>Pipeline Expertise:</strong> 10+ years managing field programs with direct pipeline accountability and proven track record of exceeding revenue targets</li>

<li><strong>Data & Analytics:</strong> Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using SFDC, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms</li>

<li><strong>Hyper-Growth Experience:</strong> 7+ years scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies, with experience managing large budgets ($2M+) and demonstrating clear ROI</li>

<li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> 5+ years building and leading high-performing field marketing teams with pipeline accountability</li>

<li><strong>Revenue Operations: </strong>Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B environments</li>

<li><strong>Innovation Mindset:</strong> Proven ability to create breakthrough programs beyond traditional events—digital experiences, account-based campaigns, and omnichannel strategies</li>

<li><strong>Systems & Process:</strong> Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows</li>

<li><strong>Stakeholder Management: </strong>Strong partnership skills with sales leaders, with the ability to speak their language around pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact</li>

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
