Accounts Payable Analyst

<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2>

<p>Datadog is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Analyst to join our rapidly growing Finance team. Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable, you will own the accurate and timely processing of domestic and international vendor invoices and payments, and serve as a trusted liaison between our vendors and internal teams. You will work independently on routine issues, apply professional AP concepts and tools to solve problems, and build a deep understanding of our systems and processes. You will also play a hands-on role in month-end close, audit support, and employee expense review as a T&E approver.</p>

<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>Review and process vendor invoices accurately and on time, across regions and currencies</li>

<li>Ensure proper supporting documentation is in place and maintained in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices</li>

<li>Support vendor payment and vendor onboarding processes</li>

<li>Research and resolve payment and invoice discrepancies, and reconcile vendor accounts to resolve variances</li>

<li>Act as a liaison for vendors and internal teams, resolving inquiries and issues</li>

<li>Support the month-end close process, including AP close and accruals</li>

<li>Approve T&E expense reports and confirm they adhere to company expense policy</li>

<li>Assist with internal and external audit requests, including preparing requested documentation</li>

<li>Take on ad hoc projects as the team's needs evolve</li>

<h2><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>You hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2-4 years of relevant accounts payable experience</li>
