<li>アウトバウンドでの営業活動による新規顧客（ロゴ）獲得に注力</li>

<li>継続的かつ充実した製品・セールスのトレーニングを通じて、Datadogのエキスパートになる</li>

<li>技術面なデモや交渉などを含めた、すべての販売サイクルを担当する</li>

<li>セールス・デベロップメント・チームと協力し、潜在顧客の開拓活動を推進する</li>

<li>CTO・CIOや、エンジニアリング・ITのリーダー層、技術系エンドユーザーを戦略的に開拓する</li>

<li>IT製品のフィールドセールス経験（クロージング含む）が2年以上</li>

<li>好奇心旺盛で新しいテクノロジーに関する知識習得への高い意欲</li>

<li>限定されたやり方に捉われず、クリエイティブな新規開拓活動ができる</li>

<li>フィードバックから学び、継続的に成長し続けるマインド</li>

<li>テクニカルな製品の取り扱いや、ペースの速い環境での業務に慣れている</li>

<li>営業KPI達成の経験があり、高い実績がある</li>
