<p><strong>主な業務内容（What You’ll Do）</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>SalesおよびTechnical Solutionsと連携し、オンボーディングから活用成熟フェーズまでのプロダクト利用促進を主体的に推進</li>

<li>新規顧客のオンボーディングプロセスをオーナーとして設計・推進・プロジェクト管理</li>

<li>顧客のサクセスプランを策定し、主体的に管理・実行</li>

<li>Datadogへの投資価値・成果について、意思決定者と継続的に認識をすり合わせ</li>

<li>顧客組織内のキーパーソン・影響力のあるステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持</li>

<li>社内の各部門（Sales、Support、Enablement、Product、Finance、Legal）との密な連携</li>

<li>利用状況データをモニタリング・分析し、更新機会やリスクの早期把握</li>

<li>顧客のプロダクト活用および健全性（Customer Health）の最終的な責任者として対応</li>

<p><strong>求める人物像（Who You Are）</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>B2B SaaSにおけるCustomer SuccessまたはAccount Managementの実務経験3年以上</li>

<li>大手エンタープライズ顧客を含むアカウントポートフォリオの担当経験</li>

<li>顧客の課題・目的・優先順位を理解するためのディスカバリーを主導できる方</li>

<li>複雑な内容を分かりやすく伝え、顧客の課題・目的と結びつけて説明できる高いコミュニケーション力</li>

<li>また、相手に応じてメッセージを柔軟に調整できる方</li>

<li>スピード感のある環境で、自身のスキルを継続的に高めながら、チームのベストプラクティス形成にも積極的に関与できる方</li>

<li>必要に応じて顧客訪問やイベント対応のための出張が可能な方</li>

<li>日本語：読み書き・会話ともにビジネスレベル</li>

<li>英語：読み書きは流暢、会話はビジネスレベル以上</li>
