Datadog’s Implementation Services team helps customers implement and deploy Datadog quickly. Our team of architects leads the discovery, design, build, and launch of the Datadog platform to help customers accelerate time to value and get the most out of their investment. As a manager on this team, you will be responsible for growing our relationship with sellers in your region, developing the Service Architects that report into you, and advancing our program to better meet customer needs.&nbsp;

What You’ll Do:

<ul>

<li>Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of Service Architects</li>

<li>Operate as a player/coach to design and guide execution of Datadog implementations, including gathering requirements, building technical architecture, and supporting deployment and launch</li>

<li>Develop relationships with sellers in your region to grow sales of Implementation Services&nbsp;</li>

<li>Connect directly with customers to position our services and evaluate the impact of our program on their business</li>

<li>Ensure the highest quality engagements are delivered to our customers</li>

<li>Own initiatives to improve our program and services offerings</li>

<li>Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience</li>

</ul>

Who You Are:

<ul>

<li>Experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps Monitoring or architecture systems</li>
