<p class="p1">Our GTM Enablement team plays a critical role in helping Datadog's Sales and Customer Success teams succeed by equipping them with the right skills, knowledge, and tools at the right time. We partner closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Curriculum, and Operations to ensure enablement programs translate into real performance in the field.</p>

<p class="p1"><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>

<p class="p1">Datadog's Enterprise business across EMEA continues to scale, and we're looking for a Field Enablement Manager to deliver ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement for Enterprise sellers across key EMEA markets (including the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, and the Nordics) — ensuring global enablement programs land effectively amid complex, multi-country Enterprise deals.</p>

<p class="p1">You'll serve as a trusted partner to Enterprise Sales leaders, adapting global programs to the realities of the EMEA Enterprise motion — longer sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and a diverse regional footprint — while staying tightly aligned with our global Field Enablement organization.</p>

<p class="p1">This role is ideal for someone who thrives operating independently, builds strong relationships in the field, and enjoys adapting enablement programs to meet the needs of a fast-growing, sophisticated Enterprise segment.</p>
