Datadog's Investor Relations team is tasked with communication of Datadog’s strategy, financial performance, metrics, and market position to the investment community. The Investor Relations VP role is a strategic role that will report to the SVP, Strategic Finance and Investor Relations, and interact regularly with company executives, colleagues in the finance team and across Datadog, sell-side analysts, and existing and prospective shareholders.

We are seeking an Investor Relations Vice President to join Datadog. They will play a significant role in the design, creation, delivery, and communication of information to the investment community. They will be instrumental in the quarterly earnings process, including writing the press release and script, as well as preparing the management team for Q&amp;A. They will also craft and execute investor outreach events in various formats, and meet with investors and prospective investors. In doing so, this cross-functional role will partner with many groups across Datadog to unify company messaging, including Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

<li>Own the quarterly earnings process, including writing the press release and script, and preparing management for Q&amp;A; support and contribution to SEC filings and other public communications.</li>

<li>Plan and optimize the engagement with Datadog’s existing shareholders, while targeting new ones&nbsp;</li>
