We are Datadog's in-house product experts. The Technical Enablement Management (TEM) team empowers customers through technical training sessions, ensuring they maximize the value of Datadog. We combine deep technical knowledge with a consultative approach, demonstrating best practices and tailoring training to specific use cases.

As a Manager on this team, you will play a critical role in strengthening our relationships with Sales and Customer Success teams across APJ, developing and coaching the Technical Enablement Managers (TEMs) who report to you, and evolving our enablement programs to better support customer adoption and success. You will lead a distributed team of Technical Enablement Managers covering markets across Asia and ANZ.&nbsp;Manager 2 leaders at Datadog are people-first managers, trusted collaborators, and operational owners. In APJ you will also be the most senior enablement voice in the region, so you will spend as much time building awareness and credibility with Sales and Customer Success as you do managing delivery.

What You'll Do:

<li>Own the positioning and enablement strategy for Sales and Customer Success teams in APJ, driving attach rates by positioning training as a value-added service and increasing consumption of complimentary offerings</li>

<li>Build demand upstream: engage Sales and Customer Success teams across the region at scale, keep positioning and materials current, and drive consistent use of the request process</li>

<li>Act as the quality gate for incoming work, scoping requests to the right offering, focus
