About the Role

At Funnel, a Most Loved Workplace® certified employer in the Computer Software space, Turn marketing data into growth. Intelligence that drives decisions..

Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems. The Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems is responsible for delivering the technology projects that keep Funnel’s business teams running efficiently. This role is deliberately hybrid and requires employees to work from Funnel’s Headquarters office in Odessa, Florida a minimum of one day per week. This person will run projects end to end and also serve as the hands-on technical resource who configures, integrates, and administers the corporate systems those projects depend on. Rather than gathering requirements and handing implementation to someone else, the Technical Project Manager owns the outcome, from discovery through configuration, testing, launch, documentation, and adoption. Project work spans the organization and covers corporate and internal systems, with a strong emphasis on making those systems work together through native integrations, automation platforms, and vendor APIs. This role partners closely with the IT Manager on prioritization, technical standards, security, and compliance. The salary range for this role is $115,000–$135,000 per year. Location Requirement: This role is open to candidates who currently reside in the Tampa Bay area or surrounding communities. Please note that relocation assistance or reimbursement is not available for this position.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business systems, IT project management, systems administration, solutions engineering, or a similar role, ideally at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering system implementations or integration projects end to end while serving as both the project manager and the hands-on implementer.
  • Hands-on configuration and administration experience with corporate SaaS platforms; experience with systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Notion, Rippling, and Looker is preferred.
  • Experience building integrations between business systems using native connectors, integration and automation platforms, REST APIs, webhooks, or file-based data transfers.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, role-based access, and least-privilege provisioning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and unclear requirements.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation habits; this role is expected to leave behind documentation that others can operate from.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Self-starter mindset, with attention to detail and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” for hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Track record of building trust with business stakeholders and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
  • Light scripting and data skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) used to build, debug, or maintain integrations and reporting are a nice to have.
  • Experience operating in a compliance-focused environment (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar), including change management and audit evidence practices, is a nice to have.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Scrum, ITIL, or platform administrator certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus, but not required.

Systemic Collaboration

Funnel has a solid and reliable product that our customers love. Funnel is at the pre-IPO stage of it’s growth journey, so it’s an exciting time preparing to become a listed company. Our market is growing year on year, with a lot of potential for Funnel to take more market share.

P

Positive Vision for the Future

All employees were invited to participate in surveys and workshops during the process of reshaping Funnel values in 2022 and 2023. This ensured that everyone had the opportunity to share their perspectives and contribute to defining what matters most to us as an organization. We believe that company values should evolve over time - just as our people and our organization do. As we continue to grow and change, we remain committed to regularly revisiting and refining our values to ensure they truly reflect who we are and how we work together.

A

Alignment of Values

Transparency is a cornerstone at Funnel. Our CEO openly shares Funnel’s strategy, growth, and long-term vision - going beyond the level of transparency typically seen in many organizations. Our CEO is also present in the office daily, staying connected with employees and teams across Funnel.

R

Respect

Our weekly all-company meetings follow a shared agenda where everyone is encouraged to contribute - any employee can submit topics and present. Each meeting concludes with an open Q&A session led by our CEO, creating a direct and transparent dialogue across the organization. Open Slack channels are our default mode of communication, ensuring information is widely accessible and giving everyone the opportunity to share perspectives and contribute to discussions. Twice a year, we conduct a company-wide survey that measures key indicators such as inclusion and psychological safety. The survey also includes an anonymous text box where employees can share feedback directly with the CEO and Chief People Officer, reinforcing our commitment to openness and continuous improvement.

K

Killer Outcomes

"Achieving Together" is one of the five core values at Funnel. We firmly believe that the most innovative solutions emerge when diverse perspectives come together through collaboration.
