<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>Fleet Administrator</strong> for a <strong>contracted, hourly position</strong> to manage the operational logistics and compliance of our nationwide demo vehicle fleet. This role is critical in supporting our sales efforts by ensuring vehicles are deployed efficiently, maintained correctly, and tracked meticulously.</p>

<h3><strong>Fleet Logistics & Management</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Manage the entire lifecycle of <strong>demo fleet transfer requests</strong> to support nationwide sales activities.</li>

<li>Collaborate with Sales Operations and Leadership to <strong>validate requests and gain final approval</strong> for all vehicle transfers.</li>

<li>Manage the day-to-day logistics, including submitting transfer requests to the internal Logistics team and working directly with external <strong>Brokers</strong> to arrange vehicle transport.</li>
