<p>This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records. This role plays a critical part in the supply chain by ensuring materials, parts, and products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently.</p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li>Support all activities related to inbound shipments, to include unloading deliveries from trailers to the dock (using a hand truck and/or forklift), handling heavy equipment unloads, segregating inbound material into direct and indirect categories, and staging of material within the facility in support of all external teams.</li>

<li>Support the Production Control team with material moves in support of quality inspection, putaway actions, and material issues in support of all production teams. </li>

<li>Provide assistance to Harbinger employees when preparing outbound parcel and freight shipments that are processed through the appropriate Shipment Request form. </li>

<li>Assist the Shipping & Receiving and Production Control teams with clearing out dunnage and removing empty boxes and crates from the inbound dock.</li>

<li>Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.</li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li>Familiarity with spreadsheets (excel/google sheets)</li>

<li>Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.</li>

<li>Experience supporting warehouse and production functions within a high paced organization, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or other related industries.</li>

<li>Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root cause issues, and recommend solutions.</li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds. </span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Able to walk, stand, crouch, bench, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces. </span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Word systems excel and other systems for work instructions creation.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">English communication skills (oral and written).</span></li>
