Harbinger is hiring an IT Enterprise Applications Administrator to own our Atlassian instance end to end, Jira, Confluence, alongside a handful of other enterprise applications. This is a hands-on, builder role: we're looking for someone who is an expert across the Atlassian stack, fluent in advanced workflow and automation design, well-versed in enterprise AI tooling (AI gateways, governance, and policy).

Key Responsibilities

Atlassian Platform Ownership

<ul>

<li>Own administration of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard, including licensing, user provisioning, permission schemes, and org-level security policies.</li>

<li>Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the Atlassian stack, advising teams on best practices for project/space structure, schemes, and governance.</li>

<li>Run recurring admin access reviews for the Atlassian org, consistent with how we already handle access reviews for other platforms.</li>

Workflow &amp; Automation
