<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and persistent <strong>Off-Site Receiving Specialist</strong> to manage remote inventory operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring <strong>accurate data entry into NetSuite</strong>, maintaining strict inventory controls, and aggressively clearing receiving backlogs. You will serve as the frontline defense against supply chain discrepancies by documenting, reporting, and driving the resolution of all inbound shipping errors.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>System Receiving:</strong> Process all incoming shipments directly into <strong>NetSuite</strong> in a timely and accurate manner.</li>

<li><strong>3PL Compliance & Oversight:</strong> Ensure the <strong>3PL provider adheres strictly to Harbinger's receiving SOPs</strong>. This includes maintaining clear, timely communication regarding any discrepancies in documentation, physical quantities, or product damages.</li>
