<p>We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to build and lead Harbinger’s internal audit function. This role will be instrumental in strengthening internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and supporting audit readiness as Harbinger Motors scales.</p>

<p>This individual will partner cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Engineering to assess risk, implement scalable processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including readiness for SOX.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<p>Internal Controls & SOX Readiness</p>

<ul>

<li>Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)</li>

<li>Prepare the organization for SOX compliance, including documentation, testing, and remediation</li>

<li>Partner with external auditors to support audit execution and minimize disruptions</li>

</ul>
