Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation.</div>Job Overview We are seeking a Quality Engineer for Harbinger’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure our processes comply with ISO9001:2026, IATF 16949, and customer requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, document, maintain, and continuously improve organizational processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to execute quality standards, conduct internal audits, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and auditing skills to uphold quality compliance across all Harbinger systems.

What You’ll Do:

<li>Lead cross-functional alignment initiatives to ensure Quality Management System processes comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and project-specific customer requirements.</li>

<li>Manage and optimize document control software and QM systems for enhanced data integrity and scalability.</li>

<li>Schedule, prepare, and execute internal QMS audits to evaluate operational compliance and identify improvement opportuniti
