The Manager, Financial Systems &amp; ERP owns Harbinger’s financial systems environment, responsible for administering, optimizing, and integrating the systems that support Accounting, FP&amp;A, Procurement, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and build scalable financial infrastructure to support Harbinger’s growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys configuring systems, solving complex integration challenges, and improving Finance processes through technology.

What You’ll Do

<ul>

<li>Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Harbinger’s ERP and financial systems.</li>

<li>Design and improve workflows across Accounting, FP&amp;A, Procurement, and procure-to-pay.</li>

<li>Build and maintain integrations across the Finance technology stack.</li>

<li>Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.</li>

<li>Lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.</li>
