Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation.</span></p></div><p>We are seeking a Technical Accounting Manager, SEC Reporting to help build the foundation for external reporting, technical accounting, and financial transparency. This role will work closely with executive leadership, external auditors, and legal counsel to ensure Harbinger meets the highest standards of financial reporting and compliance.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Assist in drafting Form S-1, including financial statements, MD&A, and disclosures</li>

<li>Build scalable SEC reporting processes, calendars, and controls</li>

<li>Partner with legal, investor relations, and external advisors </li>

</ul>

<p>Own External Financial Reporting</p>

<ul>

<li>Prepare and review SEC filings, including:</li>

<ul>

<li>Form 10-K</li>

<li>Form 10-Q</li>

<li>8-K</li>

<li>Earnings releases and investor materials</li>

</ul>

<li>Ensure financial statements comply with U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements</li>

<li>Coordinate the preparation of footnotes, technical accounting memos, and disclosure checklists</li>
