In this role, you will develop systems and clear, thoughtful communications that help drivers understand their driving behavior, recognize opportunities for improvement, and feel supported in reaching their full potential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high empathy, a strong analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit, working effectively across Lyft to create experiences that reinforce our commitment to quality, transparency, and fairness in alignment with our brand values.</p>
