At Splitsville Entertainment, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Commercial Director to lead our Canadian commercial strategy and accelerate growth across the business. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who can seamlessly balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, building meaningful partnerships, driving new revenue opportunities, and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals. In this role, you'll take ownership of commercial growth across corporate events, group bookings, national accounts, strategic partnerships, consumer marketing, and digital channels. You'll cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with teams across the organization to deliver innovative, revenue-generating initiatives. You'll also lead and develop our sales and marketing teams, ensuring strong campaign execution, enhanced brand awareness, and continued customer acquisition.
