<p><strong>THE ROLE:</strong></p>

<p>We are currently looking to expand our Technical Support department and are looking for a couple of new <strong>POS Install Specialists</strong> to join our team! As we grow and we onboard new merchant partners, it is important for us to expand our Tech Support department along the way. <span style="font-weight: 400;">You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the Point of Sale installation aspects of the business. This position supports a wide range of tech support functions such as merchant technical troubleshooting, POS set up and deployments, as well as scheduling and installation!</span></p>

<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Support our merchant’s various payment processing technologies via email, text, and phone</li>

<li>Work with POS resellers to ensure proper integration with all platforms</li>

<li>Provide demos to prospective merchants to ensure all systems meet the needs of each merchant's business</li>

<li>Work with the POS Communications Coordinator to ensure strong relationships between merchants and POS partners/resellers</li>

<li>Assist merchants with installations of credit card terminals</li>

<li>Work with vendors and merchants to install/convert POS Systems</li>

<li>Configure/Test/Ship credit card terminals</li>

<li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and configuration issues</li>

<li>Add detailed notes in the CRM system</li>

<li>Contribute to the Riverside Payments Knowledge base</li>

<li>Deliver exceptional customer service to our merchants</li>

<li>Order equipment and accessories as needed</li>

<p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Past experience in merchant services - focused on tech or deployment, POS implementation, or technical support is required to be successful in this role</li>

<li>2+ years of experience with different POS systems.  Past experience with Linga, TouchBistro, Revel, and Clover is a massive benefit.</li>

<li>Past experience working with CRMs or HelpDesk systems would be an asset.</li>

<li>Mastery of Google Drive and Microsoft Suite</li>

<li>Strong tendency towards adaptability and agility as priorities can quickly change.</li>
