<p><strong>THE ROLE:</strong></p>

<p>We are Riverside Payments, one of the top merchant processing companies in the country!! We are looking to expand our office and our team, and are looking for happy, self-motivated individuals to join our <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Call Center Team</strong></span> at our Vancouver, WA location.</p>

<p>As we continue to expand, you’ll have extensive growth opportunities to move up within Riverside Payments. We have grown at an astounding rate over the past few years so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at our Vancouver office. <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Set appointments for our National Sales Representatives</li>

<li>Interact with business owners over the phone</li>

<li>Follow all scripting and listen to directions from Pod Managers</li>

<li>Fill out appointment sheets accordingly</li>

<li>Make 250-300 phone calls a day</li>

<li>Hit weekly quota of setting 15 appointments a week</li>

<li>Basic written and verbal communication</li>

<li>Reliable transportation to and from call center</li>

<li>Ability to sit for long periods of time</li>

<li>Self-driven, upbeat, excited!</li>
