<p>We're looking for an <strong>IT Operations Manager</strong> who would rather fix a problem for good than just close the ticket. You'll join a small, hands-on IT team where no two days look the same: one hour you're helping a colleague who's locked out of their laptop, the next you're working out how to connect a brand-new tool to our identity platform.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>

<p>As an <strong>IT Operations Manager</strong>, you'll be one of the go-to people keeping Scandit's colleagues productive across our offices worldwide. You'll work in a lean IT team alongside one other IT engineer, reporting to our Head of IT & Security. Because the team is small, you'll handle the full range of IT work, from first-line requests through to third-line problem solving.</p>

<p>Your primary focus will be delivering responsive, effective service desk support and helping colleagues get back to work quickly. Beyond day-to-day support, you'll contribute to IT operations for company events, tidy up and improve systems, and take ownership of short-term projects.</p>
