Director of Demand Generation, US Area: Marketing | GTM Location: Remote – United States Reporting to: Vice President of GTM Team: Inbound & Demand Generation (GTM) Seniority Level: Individual Contributor (mandate to scale US demand team) Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required Hiring for: 2026 About Simetrik Simetrik is the AI-native Financial Operations Control Platform. We are the market leader in Latin America and one of Goldman Sachs' top-performing portfolio companies, with triple-digit growth for four consecutive years. The Financial Times has recognized Simetrik as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Americas for 2024 and 2025. We are building our US chapter from a position of strength: 180+ enterprise clients across 50+ countries, 2.5B daily records processed, and more than $500B in TPV under control for leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and PSPs. We are backed by Goldman Sachs, Tiger Global, Fintech Collective, and Cometa, with partners like Mastercard, AWS, and Accenture. About the Role As the Director of Demand Generation, US , you will build and own Simetrik's US inbound demand engine from the ground up. This role is designed for how enterprise CFOs, COOs, Controllers, and Heads of Payments buy in the US: self-educating through search and content, engaging via webinars and executive conversations, and converting on a website optimized for their time. Your core job: transform this behavior into a predictable, compounding pipeline engine—not paid ads or one-off events. You will own inbound and demand-gen surfaces for Simetrik.com, SEO and content-led demand, marketing automation and lead nurture, the MQL engine and handoff to Sales, webinars and digital programs, and organic LinkedIn. You will run a focused field and events motion, ABM for tier-1 named accounts, an executive community, and PR—unified under one pipeline metric. You will report directly to the Vice President of GTM. Initially, this is a hands-on IC role. You will execute leveraging shared services (Brand, Content, Creative, GTM Engineering, Sales) and agencies. Success in the first year sets the foundation for scaling a demand team around your function. Responsibilities Own the integrated Inbound and Demand Generation engine, from strategy through execution—measured by compounding, interconnected performance. Iteratively refine performance using dashboards and weekly data. Key Accountabilities Marketing-sourced pipeline (US): Sole accountable owner, reporting weekly with Sales. Inbound pipeline & funnel velocity: Conversion/speed from visit → MQL → SAO; constant insight feedback. MQLs & MQL to Opportunity conversion: Lead quality and handoff standards that withstand CRO review. Website & conversion performance: Traffic-to-lead conversions on Simetrik.com’s demand-gen surfaces; collaborates with GTM Engineering. ABM account penetration: Tier-1 engagement, informed by intent signals and content. Event-influenced pipeline: Select conferences, executive dinners, and community events converted to pipeline/meetings, with attribution. Impact & Scope Inbound Conversion: Own all US buyer conversion paths on Simetrik.com. SEO & Content-Led Demand: Strategy and execution for US ICP. Webinars & Digital Programs: Buyer-driven calendar with tracked pipeline. LinkedIn at Demand-Gen Layer: Oversee US LinkedIn campaigns and company-page effectiveness. Account-Based Marketing: Execute named-account US programs, including Experience Club. Field & Events: Select high-ROI events; host curated executive dinners; all tied to pipeline generation. Executive Community & PR: Build/maintain US executive finance community, manage PR/journalist relationships. Swag, Gifting, Direct Mail: Develop ABM gifting/experience strategies. Cross-functional Partnership: Single point of accountability for US marketing pipeline. Requirements Must Have 10+ years B2B demand generation, inbound, or growth marketing in enterprise software (3+ years in fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise finance software) Proven experience building/running inbound demand engines (SEO, content, automation, nurture, conversion) for US enterprise ICP (CFO/COO/Controller/Head of Payments buyers) Led and defended MQL-to-SQL conversion and marketing-sourced pipeline to VP/CRO/COO on a weekly basis Evidence that organic/content channels fed pipeline, not just traffic/followers Experience running field and events motions with measurable pipeline impact Hands-on builder-operator mentality; ships work before delegating Strong working knowledge of payments, banking operations, or financial controls Bias for AI-native execution (AI workflows, AI content/SEO/research/account intelligence) Nice to Have US-inbound demand experience for a US expansion of a LATAM/EMEA enterprise software company Experience building/executing executive communities (e.g., CFO Club, advisory groups) Proven demand-gen execution via LinkedIn Experience with modern demand stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Claude, intent/enrichment/SEO/web analytics tools Existing relationships with tier-1 US fintech and banking journalists, community curators, or conference organizers Qualifications 10+ years demand gen/inbound/growth in enterprise B2B software, with fintech/payments/banking/enterprise finance focus Based and authorized to work in the US Proven track record defending marketing pipeline to senior finance/sales leadership Equal Opportunity Employer Simetrik is an equal opportunity employer.
