Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a new approach to veterinary care through Urgent &amp; Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR General Manager to join our team and help us deliver the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.&nbsp;&nbsp;

We are looking for a&nbsp;General Manager to oversee&nbsp;day-to-day operations in New Jersey, ensuring a seamless experience for pets, pet parents, and our exceptional team members.

What You’ll Do:

<li>Navigate a new market through the exciting launch period and then through sustained growth</li>

<li>Monitor and manage specific market performance metrics with responsibility for major elements of the market’s P&amp;L</li>

<li>Manage and inspire a diverse team of nurses, doctors, and clinic operations professionals, fostering a culture of development and collaboration.</li>

<li>Support daily operations across the market, ensuring the highest standard of service and efficiency.</li>

<li>Champion Sploot Veterinary Care values and create a welcoming, supportive environment for clients and staff.</li>

<li>Drive operational excellence by overseeing clinic workflows, developing new processes, and rolling out new initiatives.&am
