<p><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit</strong></p>

<li>2+ years of veterinary assistant experience; emergency or urgent care is a plus but not required</li>

<li>Team-first mindset — collaborative, communicative, and ready to jump in where needed</li>

<li>Passionate about delivering best-in-class care to pets and their people</li>

<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on keeping the clinic running smoothly</li>

<li>Bonus Points: experience or interest in dentistry or anesthesia</li>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<li>Client Support: Create a calm, reassuring experience so pet parents feel confident in their pets' care</li>

<li>Procedural Support: Assist doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe and gentle patient restraint</li>

<li>Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment for pets, clients, and the whole team</li>

<li>Culture & Teamwork: Live Sploot's core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture every day</li>
