Are you seeking a great work-life balance and a chance to expand your skills? Stena Line is recruiting Deck Ratings to join our teams in various locations throughout our fleet! In this role, you will support our deck teams while developing your skills on our Cairnryan - Belfast, Holyhead -Dublin and Rosslare - Fishguard routes. Your Role: Assist with safe and efficient operations, including mooring, loading/unloading, and general maintenance, led by the chief officers. Participate in emergency duties, lookout, fire and safety patrols, and training. What You’ll Experience: A great work-life balance. Access to onboard gym and communal areas. Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Able Seafarer Deck CoC (II/5)
  • Full STCW training and ENG1 Medical
  • Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat training
  • Passenger vessel experience is preferred
