<p>The Lead Executive Administration Partner provides high-level, on-site support to C-level executives in Santa Monica, CA, while leading a team of Executive Administrative Partners (EAPs). This role balances hands-on ownership of complex priorities and calendars with direct management of two EAPs, ensuring consistent quality, discretion, and operational excellence across the support function.</p>
