About the Role

At AirHelp, a Most Loved Workplace® certified employer in the Information Technology space, Turning flight disruptions into passenger victories, worldwide..

AirHelp is a global travel tech company on a mission to make every journey smoother. We built our name helping millions of travellers claim the flight compensation they're owed - and that's now the foundation of a broader platform of travel protection and convenience products spanning the entire journey. Words move people - and at AirHelp, your words will move millions of travellers from doubt to action. We're looking for someone who treats copy as a growth lever, not decoration: someone who can turn a confusing insurance product into three sentences that make a stressed traveller click "yes." You'll have real ownership over content that touches every part of our funnel, across 35 markets, with the data and experimentation culture to prove your work actually works. If you've ever rewritten a sentence eleven times because the tenth version converted at 4% and you knew you could get to 6% - this is your kind of place. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with marketing, CRM, product, and design teams who care as much about the "why" behind a headline as the headline itself, and you'll have the platform to see your writing turn into measurable revenue, not just praise in a Slack channel.

Requirements

  • You've spent at least 3 years in a content role (ideally at a tech startup/scaleup or fast-moving product company) where you learned to write under real market pressure
  • You've taken a content project from blank page to measurable revenue impact, and you can show us the proof
  • You've turned genuinely complicated products (legal, financial, technical) into copy that makes people want to act - and you know the difference between clever and clear
  • You treat feedback as fuel, not friction - you want your work scrutinized, and you're just as comfortable pushing back on a brief that doesn't hold up
  • You think like a project owner, not a task-taker - you don't wait for direction when you can see a better test to run

Benefits

  • AirHelp isn't just a great company, but a truly lovable place to work
  • Named a Most Loved Workplace, also for LGBTQ+, women and young professionals
  • Offices are fully accessible
  • Customize interviews to accommodate special needs, including those of neurodiverse candidates
  • Encouragement for refugees and displaced individuals to apply
