<p>We're hiring a Senior Sales Manager to build and lead a <strong>new team of 8 Account Executives</strong> in our Mid-Market organization. You'll join a group of managers already running this motion successfully, but the team you lead is yours to stand up and shape.</p>

<p>This is a frontline leadership role. Your job is to translate our go-to-market strategy into consistent team execution: you'll coach reps, inspect deals, drive forecast accuracy, and create the structure that allows strong performance to repeat quarter after quarter.</p>
