As an HCM Project Manager at SAP NS2, you’ll lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects for U.S. public sector customers. You bring hands‑on payroll project experience, strong day‑to‑day delivery discipline, and the ability to track, report, and manage technical integration and scheduling in fast‑moving environments. You excel at navigating scope control, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping complex projects aligned with timelines and expectations. You will build and deliver payroll modernization projects that include migration planning, parallel runs, cutover activities, and quality assurance for SAP SuccessFactors. Working closely with technical teams and partner organizations, you’ll ensure every detail of the project lifecycle is executed with precision and adherence to SAP methodologies. At SAP NS2, you’ll belong to a mission‑driven delivery community focused on national security and critical infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with customers who depend on clarity, rigor, and dependable project leadership. Requirements
- Proven expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors, with demonstrated experience leading complex implementations from planning through deployment.
- Proven SAP experience leading complex, multi workstream programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multiple Project Managers, partner organizations, and cross functional delivery teams.
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal, State, or other public sector customers, with an understanding of government contracting, compliance, and customer governance.
- Strong understanding of contracts, statements of work, billing, resource management, change control, and delivery governance, with the ability to lead executive discussions and resolve escalations.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish clear expectations, navigate complex customer environments, and drive alignment across senior leadership, delivery teams, and partners.
