<p data-start="193" data-end="645">As a <strong data-start="198" data-end="234">Senior Project Controls Engineer</strong>, you will be a key member in ensuring precision and control in one of Europe’s most ambitious infrastructure projects. At Start Campus, we are not just building data centers; we are constructing Europe’s most sustainable data center. You will be responsible for managing the commercial and scheduling aspects of the projects, ensuring that all work stays on track in terms of time, budget, and execution.</p>

<p data-start="647" data-end="1024">You will report directly to the Head of Design & Delivery and collaborate closely with teams to ensure all tasks related to construction and infrastructure are on schedule. Your role will involve preparing capital and lifecycle estimates, reviewing cost planning, monitoring schedule submissions, and identifying risks to ensure that the projects meet performance expectations.</p>

<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>

<ul type="disc">

<li><span lang="EN-GB" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Preparing capital and lifecycle estimates</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Provide input on tendering procedures and results</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Review PMO cost planning</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Review of contractor and vendor pay applications, as recommended by the PMO</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Monitor and report on P6 schedule submissions, Level 3 to level 5, from the PMO and contractors.</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Understand critical path and key risks.</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Provides performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action </span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Regular reporting on all the above</span></li>

<h4>Preferred Qualifications & Skills:</h4>

<ul type="disc">

<li><span lang="EN-GB" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Estimating/quantity surveying qualification 5-8 years’ experience</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Be proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling tools with project experience</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Good organisational skills and ability to produce accurate work to deadlines</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-GB">Data Center or complex projects experience in similar roles.</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-US">Ability to work effectively as part of a team while prioritizing work efficiently.</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-US">Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, procedures, and equipment.</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-US">Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-US">Effective written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>

<li><span lang="EN-US">High proficiency of Portuguese and English (being the day-to-day preferred language)</span><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></li>
